CONDITIONS OF
LODGING
- The minimum stay is two (2) nights, except during public holidays such as
Easter and Christmas (3-5 nights) as well as July-August (7 nights). The
accommodation can be occupied after 16,00 on the day of arrival and must be
vacated before noon on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise with the
owners.

in case of 1 week or more. The rest of the total payment must be settled in cash
with to the owner upon your arrival, with an additional guarantee of 90 that
it will be refunded upon departure when the house has been checked for any
damages or losses.
The initial
reservation will be provisional for 48 hours and will not be considered firm
until the owner of the house has received confirmation the deposit. If such
confirmation is not forthcoming within said period, the reservation will be
automatically cancelled.
- No paid amounts will be refunded for any causes or reasons other than those
directly related to the house.
- In case of cancellation, if notification is received less than 1 week (7
calendar days) before arrival in the Middle and Low Seasons or less than 15
calendar days before arrival in the High Season (from July 15th to September
15th, long weekends, Easter and Christmas) the occupants will lose their right
to any refund. In all other cases, the owner only will only be required to
refund 75 % of the total paid.
-The occupants are totally responsible for correctly declaring and identifying
the number of persons in their party, including children.
- We not admit more people than the house is prepared for. The owner has the
right to refuse admission and evict occupants.
- In the houses where there are spare beds, and additional 15 shall be payable
per person and night.
- The weekly and monthly rates correspond to the normal capacity of the house,
without spare beds. In case of any spare beds being required, a supplement of 60
per spare bed per week or 180 per spare bed per month shall be payable.
- The collection of keys will always take place before 10 p.m. on the day of
arrival, unless agreed otherwise.
- Pets are not allowed except at the houses that specifically admit them on this
site.
- Overnight visitors are not allowed.
- If firewood is used, there will be an additional charge between 9 to 12 per
night, it's depends on the house.
- The swimming pools of the houses only will be in use all the year
- Any irregularities or defects must be notified as quickly as possible to the
owner only during the stay.
- During the rental, the owner shall be entitled to enter the property from time
to time to irrigate the gardens and other maintenance tasks.
